Enter the BT Young Pioneer Award 2016

BT Young Pioneer Awards is open to any individual or group between the age of 9-18 across the UK. This could be a school project or something created with friends or a club outside school.

We are looking for inspiring examples of how young people are using technology to tackle a problem that they care about. It could be an app, a website, a new gadget or any other kind of digital technology that is created by young people to help improve the lives of others or the use of technology to help better understand a problem in order to find a solution.

The winner will be able to show how they are:

  • meeting a clearly identified need in their community or tackling a real problem;
  • analysing the problem and developing solutions that can inspire or help others;
  • being creative with digital technology to improve the lives of others;
  • delivering a high quality product, service or project that meets real needs.
