Accessible Education Award, Finalist, 2023

Sign Language Mini Games makes use of augmented reality and algorithmically driven social media to raise awareness and educate people on sign language.

The aim is for hearing individuals to learn sign language and for communication barriers between hearing and hearing-impaired induvials to be removed.

The project uses artificial intelligence to detect hand poses in real time, providing the player with instant confirmation if they are making the correct hand pose.

Each game and demo are created and recorded by the founder, Adarsh Hasija
